1981

Opened the first real estate Franchise chain (Jyutsu chain) in Japan.

1993

Jyutsu Corporation established their realtor subsidiary, Jyutsu Realty Center.

2002

Jyutsu Corporation joined the INAX TOSTEM Group and changed the FC brand name to "ERA".
Jyutsu Corporation changed their company name to ERA Japan.

2002

Jyutsu Realty Center started outsourcing services for company housing management.

2005

Jyutsu Realty Center Corporation and ERA JAPAN unified their businesses and changed the name to Jyuseikatsu Realty.

2009

Opened PM Dep., Chubu Control Division.

2011

Changed company name from Jyuseikatsu Realty to LIXIL REALTY.

2013

Opened PM Dep., Kita-Kanto Control Division.

2014

Opened PM Dep., Kansai Control Division.

2015

Opened PM Dep., Shutoken Control Division.
