Also, LIXIL ERA Japan Corporation, our subsidiary, manages ERA, an international real estate network covering more than 30 countries and regions, as the first real estate franchise system in Japan. In addition to providing comprehensive real estate services through ERA’ s Japan-wide network, we also provide international real estate transaction services.
